I ordered a Battery. Second hand Battery was delivered. It couldn't last even 15 minutes on Load Shedding. Called them. They sent Courier Guy on the 05th of June 2023 to collect my faulty Battery and promised to replace it as soon as they checked what went wrong. I've been waiting till this day. They no longer answer my calls, when I send them a message via WhatsApp they just open the message so that I can see the recieved it and never reply. If you care about your money please stay away from this business and please let everyone in your contacts list know how dangerous this company is.

Ordered and paid for on the 1st December 2022, second hand battery delivered on 5th December. Not what was advertised and ordered. After a lot of issues getting answers, they Insisted the old one was returned before they would dispatch a new one. A courier collected the incorrect unit on 3rd January. To date they are not responding to messages or calls, They said they would dispatch the new battery on 9th January. On Monday 16th Jan I was promised a copy of the waybill. Since then all messages have been ignored. Do not use this company they should have zero stars. 21.02.2023 - Adding to this, the unit to date has not been received, the process of trying to recover the money paid to this company is in process. All emails, messages calls are being ignored. They have taken the money and have not followed through with any of their promises.

I receive the battery thank you. It was bumped and bend but I panelbeat it I inspects the battery and tests it. The battery only has 15 cells, while other batteries have 16 cells. You claim the battery is 10kWh, but it is just 5 kWh. For R22 000 it is still not too expensive. There is no manual. I am still waiting for the vat invoice The person who take the parcel to The courierguy places receiver in senderbox and that cause delay of 2 weeks in delivery.

Enquired about a battery and all communication went flawless until I asked if I can come pay for it and pick it up. Probably a scam.

I cant go lower than 1 star, this company is THE WORST COMPANY IN HISTORY, they take your money promise delivery, make excuses, lie and wont give a collection address or a refund and do not answer there phones. DO NOT USE THEM !!!

Worst service i ever experienced, They delivered second hand goods to my house and refuse to refund or exchange the goods and do not take my calls, Very unprofessional

Tried to visit to confirm that they were legit - they wouldnt agree unless i placed an order!!!!!!!
