A huge THANK YOU to Kalahari for a job very well done! From the initial discussions with Wally to the excellent service, reliability, and professionalism of Japie, Randall and Sebastian. They were friendly, patient, capable and gave great advice - always going the extra mile. They came to fix a small issue that 2 other companies had said that the inverter would have to be sent away to be fixed. They fixed the issue in minutes and then advised us of the illegal and non-compliant wiring that had been done by another well-known installer (who also gave an invalid CoC). Finally, we can say that we have had the job professionally executed with excellent team-work and the service provided has restored our trust and faith. We would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

Absolutely amazing service! We had multiple companies quote us for solar solutions but decided to go with Kalahari Solar because of the experience we had with their technicians when they did a site evaluation at our home. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. What truly stood out was their patience. We didn't know much about solar, inverters etc. and they took the time to explain in detail the things we were unsure about, answered all our questions and went above and beyond to ensure we knew exactly what our options were. Their office was equally as helpful, providing fast quotes, customizing to our needs and answering follow up questions in detail. Always friendly! When it came to the installation they stayed true to the friendliness and professional service we'd experienced with them so far. Again, going above and beyond to be helpful. The installation itself is so neat and tidy and you'd never say all that work was going on because they cleaned every spec of dust behind them. Thank you so very much to the Kalahari Solar team, and an extra thanks to the remarkable men who did our installation.
