We have had multiple installers and systems over the years and felt like giving up on solar. However, Victron and Bergsolar changed everything. Bergsolar is unique in the SA landscape because they know their products well and project manage to international standards, down to the smallest wire and accurate settings. The system is a dream—the best thing I have ever purchased.
Perfectly happy with the solar system (since 2020) for our house and two guest rooms! We have a small system but adapted our power consumption (washing when the sun shines etc.). I did't regret it for a minute. It has been good not to rely on Eskom anymore! System was installed professionally and any questions or problems get resolved quickly. All the maintenance and system updates are handled by Bergsolar.
We are very happy with our Bergsolar system and the after sales service has been amazing. We highly recommend them.
