You can be sure that this company has the best expertise available, giving good advice and prompt installation. However, the promised after-installation support has been disappointing. We are not saving as much on electricity consumption as we expected, but cannot get help to improve our electricity savings. The app is great, but we got no assistance with registering the dongle and setting up the app from the company. Finally contacted tech support for Luxpower, registered our system and got the app running. We manage the system ourselves.
