Very poor service. After showing the technician the inverter etc., that I needed installed, while he was doing an installation at my neighbour, he was unable to quote, saying his office would do so. I then received an email requesting details of the required installation (which the technician had already surveyed), and replied immediately, re-listing the details. No reply for 7 weeks, until I emailed again. The reply? "We cannot do this installation, as we are booked up for the next 6-8 weeks". Atrocious!

They take responsibility to solve a problem comprehensively. Even if the supplier has long delivery times for spare parts, they look at how these can be shortened. After the problem was solved, various analyses were made with the supplier to find the cause. Good availability even on holidays in case of an emergency

Absolutely brilliant service and workmanship. Kept informed at all stages of the project and given full details and options allowing for the customer to make an informed decision. Will never use any other company for my solar needs!!!

Installed a total solar system on 3 April 2019 . Before we only had Solar Panels and SMA inverter . We now have 7 batteries and inverters that can supply all our electricity needs , esp during the day , but also most of the time during the night . The people from Electrotech very friendly and qualified . Their after sale service very good . They walked the extra mile for us
