I’m very disappointed in the behavior I’ve seen from Micro Care Energy on social media. Instead of focusing on promoting their own products and services, they have been targeting and cyberbullying other solar businesses online. This kind of unprofessional conduct is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on their company values. Businesses in the renewable energy industry should be supporting each other and promoting sustainable solutions, not tearing each other down. I hope Micro Care Energy reconsiders its online behavior and focuses on building a positive, respectful reputation. Until then, I would not recommend working with or supporting them.

Worst Co in SA. Every controller we have purchased had to be sent back and fixed. Every time at our cost, courier back and forth. Now 2 have broken again!! We need to pay R500 upfront now each! Before courier costs back and forth and they might not even be fixable! Might as well close down as I am sure with new paperwork on returns to be filled in, it means that they are receiving 10 back a day. Useless equipment and non-existent service.

Very bad service, sent a customers inverter back under warranty was repaired and 6months later send back again still under warrantee. returned back to me and still had the same problems. sent it back again, say they repaired but installed yesterday and still same problem, meanwhile my victron loan unit has been running smooth at the customers house, but 3 months in and no resolve, and now they are closed until the 15 jan, and no standby support.

What sold me on this company is their locally manufactured products and back up service.Their BRILLIANT YouTube channel gives a detailed explanation even to a novice as myself, as well as offering frequent updates on their innovative product range and client feedback from locals in the community about their experience and their opinions about the product. Don't recommend. Bought a geyser controller from Microcare that kept breaking when the power came back on. Their technician said there was a general problem with the unit regarding this issue and that they were looking into it. However, the Microcare MD later denied this and said it was the electricity in my house that was bad (although no other appliance we have has ever blown when the power comes back on) and refused to refund me. I eventually bought another brand and have not had any problems with the new one, so clearly the 'bad electricity' story, was just that, an unscrupulous story. They still owe me a refund as far as I am concerned.

Stay far away!! As the name says Micro care, same they care for customers - MICRO. Waited almost 2 months for repairs to an inverter with NO feedback what so ever. Had to mail every week to get any response. Eventually got the inverter back with all electrical cables chucked loose into the box, not connected to the inverter. Phoned and asked to speak to the MD, but up to now nothing - also could'nt care. Will NEVER recommend dealing with this people.

Microcare service is very disappointing. They will do anything not to uphold a warranty. I have installed lots of microcare inverters. We as installers decided not to install microcare again. Victron is far more superior to Microcare at basically the same price. Victron uphold warranties and problems are sorted within days. Microcare takes months to solve issues.
