I am most satisfied with work done to clean the solar panels, ensure latest level software is installed for the various components, and that overall connections between and in components are secure. This statement applies to our second installation that Skywollf installed ensuring installation quality was A1. This installation was made about 2 years ago, and the service has been exceptional since. They installed a second 5kW battery about a year ago. There were some issues with this battery, but Skywolff were tenacius in ensuring battery supplier delivered appropriate service. The service provided by Skywolff was just as exceptional as when they made an installation in our previous house about 5 years ago, and I can recommend them for any solar installation being considered. Expect friendly and professional technicians to ensure a top notch installation.

Fantastic consultation services provided by Wilhelm who answered all questions patiently and with clarity. The final proposed system was of very high quality and once accepted was installed very quickly (earlier than expected) and to the highest standards. What followed was a pleasant surprise, the system exceeds all expectations, even with panels not in ideal location due to roof constraints (East / West configuration) and with cloudy skies. Best of all is that loadshedding is effectively something of the past! Due to various reasons we experienced Skywolff as a company with very high integrity and standards. We are extremely satisfied with the excellent service, professionalism and friendliness of the Skywolff team. We did a lot of research before deciding who to use, and got quotes from 3 of the most recommended companies in the industry in our area. Skywolff was not the cheapest but they only use the best components from companies who are known for their after sales service. Since this is a long term investment we decided not to be penny wise and pound foolish. The overall experience and after sales service from Stephan, Ryan and their team, and the quality and neatness of the system they installed and customised for us far exceeded our expectations.

To describe our experience with Skywolf, one word suffices: excellent. The whole process, the collaboration with Skywolf and its employees proved to be very pleasant, professional and courteous right from the start. Even during the preliminary clarifications - i.e. before the contract was signed - we realised that we were in very good hands. All our questions (no matter how ‘stupid’ they were) were answered patiently and quickly. You never got the impression that you were a nuisance and that it was difficult to explain even trivial things. On the contrary, our concerns were always dealt with promptly and answered comprehensively. But even after the purchase, we were not left alone. Even when the new system thought it was showing teething troubles over the Christmas holidays, Stephan was quickly on hand to make sure we didn't have to worry. In other words, after-sales service that can truly be described as excellent without any ifs or buts. We also have nothing but praise for the recently completed expansion of the system.
