I received excellent service from Green Solar Enterprise / AMP Electrical. It started off with professional and concise information about the correct solar system for my needs. It is an off-grid unit and serves the purpose better than expected. The installation was done competently and quickly, yet care was taken to ensure correctness. The route here was difficult yet all equipment was perfect. In my opinion absolutely value for money. The team? Professional, competent, accommodating, neat yet friendly.
Over the past three years Green Solar have installed two full Sunsynk Solar systems in our two properties, both of which have been excellent and completely trouble-free. Jacques, Anton and team have been wonderful to deal with. Knowledgable, professional and always available to assist in understanding how to get the most from the system. We have no hesitation in recommending them and the product.
Three years ago I installed a solar system at my home and office. I recently found that my panels were not performing, and on investigation found that they were faulty. The initial installer refused to honour the 12 year warranty on the panels and instead quoted me to replace the panels at my cost. I approach Green Solar for their opinion and subsequently requested that they replace my panels. I received a competitive quote for superior product and the installation was proffesionally managed and went off smoothly.
