What fantastic service! On Thursday morning I called and spoke to Ruaan who said that he would check if there would be a technician in my area. I expected this to take a few days. To my surprise I got a call the very next day from Mellita to say that a technician was on his way. Jayd arrived promptly at 13:00 and checked my solar system and did a service/ maintenance. Not long after he left I was emailed a detailed service report. All communication from initial phone call to invoicing to the technician's report and follow up were done most efficiently and timeously. What an absolute pleasure to deal with this company.

Had some issues with the settings of my 5kW LuxPower Inverter. A few WhatsApp message later to explain what is wrong, and it was sorted out within around 15min. (Obviously I had to pay for the service, and was glad to)

MHT Energy solar system installed for 20 months now. Luxpower and Volta. I contacted Technician 20:15 on a Sunday night and problem was resolved in 10min. I also found error on app during the day and Inverter was removed and the next day installed after repair. No cost on repair. Brilliant support and Brilliant products.
