Poor service, not reply’s to calls. Installed a system at my dad’s place where the installation was so bad it kept on tripping between Eskom and the solar power. Battled 4 weeks to get the system running. Incorrect installation regarding orientation (installed panels west instead of north). During panel inspection incorrect clamping, clamps missing wiring not secured. In conclusion, poor quality of work and no backup service.

Quick to take you money, never take responsibility of workmanship. "CoC's needs to be asked for by the client it is not a legal requirement of my work." He is happy to have a client's house burn down from his shoddy workmanship and claim that no one asked for a CoC. He did work for a family friend of his own parents, and yet supplied a faulty battery. Was unreachable for aftersales service, got "the departmen of labour" involved and he just does not care. Lip-service to them and the clients. Buyers be ware of this conman.

Don't know where to start? I feel like Elexco could have easily avoided this bad review as I am a very patient and understanding customer. But, there is a difference between trying to provide good service & not trying at all. Reading emails & WhatsApp not bothered to even reply with an "ok". They definitely aren't in a hurry to clear their name from the faulty or bad electronics which they sell.

I am still waiting for eleXco after 3 weeks to visit and rectify the problem after they damaged the inverter terminals on the installation process. It appear that in the land of the blind the one eye is king. The land is Witbank. I can and will certainly not recommend eleXco for a professional project. My personal opinion is that if you do not let him supply and install all components, his attitude is completely different from installation only. Money talks stronger than service again. Also , please read and understand his T&C's before you commence doing an installation or a product

Yeah they had absolutely nothing in stock. On top of that incredibly rude. The lady at the front desk was nice but when I asked her about something she hesitated and proceed to ask the person in the back of the shop about my inquiry. No problem with that. But then she came back and told me that the lady in the back will answer soon. And well, she proceeded screaming her answer from across the room. So then I had another question and still proceeded to shout across the room. Never even saw her face so I don't even know what this person looks like. In my opinion this service is as bad as it gets. Honestly cant see them lasting long. Don't recommend supporting a company that wont even show its face to the customers.

Great place for electronics in Witbank. Prices are good. Selection is good. Not great. But the market is tough in Witbank, honestly. Though they always seem to be out of stock of the things I want! XD I can find 3D Prinfer spares, miscellaneous bits of electronics, LEDs and cables there. Staff is friendly and helpfull.

I am well satisfied with the prices of everything they supply especially when it comes to components and any moduals for arduino and ive seen that the prices on lager things are also exceptional. i would recomend you to check them out
