Amazing service from the word "go". Being an install in the garage, we had a multitude of things to consider. The team has been incredibly helpful with advice and recommendations on where to lay cables and which option would lead to the least amount of construction". The whole team was contactable every minute of the day and every question we had was answered with the utmost professionalism. The only complaint is that we didn't jump on the wagon earlier. Cannot recommend Out the Green Box enough. If you are considering going solar, or installing alternative energy, go straight to the best! THANK YOU to everyone that helped us.

They installed my solar geyser. No after sales service. They don't know how to speak to customers. I am still traumatized by the experience. Never in my life have I dealt with such unprofessional and rude people. Edit. There is no confusion or misunderstanding as stated in the response. Out The Green Box installed my solar geyser and your Manager is the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. What you are doing is avoiding responsibility with your response.

The installation, cabling and trunking was professionally done. I will be contacting Out the Green Box shortly for further extensions. Well done. I'm a little disappointed with the service I'm getting from OTGB. No-one can give me an accurate assessment of where my fault lies - the inverter or the lithium battery. I'm told that the only person who can check this in East London is months behind in backlog work. I've waited 5 days for a quote on a new system. It's like they don't want the work.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!this company failed to provide me with any written warranties on equipment installed. Now their equipment has failed and they refuse to repair or replace this inferior products they have installed still under warranty. Afterwards we have discovered that they have installed products that have been discontinued and the suppliers dont have any record of this equipment on their books and even the serial numbers are non existant which is clearly an act of fraud and corruption on which we will be laying a charge of alleged commercial crime being comitted. Now the owner is alleging that we have chosen discontinued equipment to be installed. What a bunch of lies again it is becoming a bit monotonous now. What a disgrace.

I thought I should just pop back and update my review - Thanx to Tanya and her team for getting my inverter problem sorted - The fact that you guys reacted positively to my complaint and tried to help made a big difference - Hence I have asked for a second quote to get my house off the grid. Your effort is appreciated
