Drikus and Björn were absolutely amazing and extremely helpful while a busted tyre left me stranded on the side of a dirt road with my 15-year old daughter. When they saw us, they stopped immediately and offered their help. It proved to be a more complicated tyre change but they went about it in a most efficient and innovative manner - certainly reflective of the service they deliver to all Urban Eden customers!
