Two instellations done by them. Second experience that they refuse to give a instellation date before payment is done. I prefer to pay when I am satisfied with the job. Then it ends up in a fight and lies to get the job done. Not happy at all. I Have recomended them to a lot of friends and family. No more sorry

Worse service ever. Recommend nobody to buy from them. Two months after installation PROBLEMS PROBLEMS PROBLEMS. NO SOLUTION. They made a mistake with installation and want me to pay AGAIN for it! If you like to struggle I will recommend them. 10 year warrentee, but yhey cant help you 3 months after installation. No COC certificate still. Installation was in march/april. Paid for a COC but did not receive anything. Asked for it many times.

From my experience working with Trust Solar I find them an extremely professional company to work with. I have not witnessed this level of preparedness that they invest prior to a solar installation. From installation team training, support team training, stock purchasing, stock efficiency preparation, pre built and labelled distribution boards only to mention a few all wrapped up with amazing after sales service. Awesomeness personified!

I have had a bumpy ride with Trust Solar due to a system that kept on giving me issues. In the end though, Trust Solar came through with integrity and replaced my entire faulty system with a new system. Based on this, I would recommend Trust Solar once again. Lastly, the service given my Nicole was outstanding… keeping me up to date with matters, responding quickly to my queries and being friendly at all times.

Great service on the installation. No response of follow through when the system has problems. I’ve made multiple requests for a call out, no one follows up or comes through.

I enlisted the services of Trust Solar to supply and install my solar system almost ten years ago. I did this as part of my retirement plan of being energy independent and to avoid the continuous outages and tariff increases faced from Eskom. This turned out to be by far the best restirement decsion of all that I made, especially the relationship that was built with Trust Solar. I would not even consider doing anything solar related without them and would highly recomend them to anyone both residential and comercial that was considering a solar solution that was ethically priced, with post sales service of the highest standard. I highly recommend Trust Solar. The service I received initially from Eden and then also from Kayleah has been spectacular. Their communication with me was constant, clear and professional and most of all, honest. Even when things weren't going to plan or when there was a mistake on their end (seldom), they were quick to admit it and even quicker to take ownership of it and resolve it for me. I have the highest respect for both of them, particularly given how much pressure I know they are under, in their effort to service such a demanding, fast-growing market. For various technical reasons, our two inverters later had to be swapped out. This was done by Trust Solar, free of charge and hassle-free, no questions asked. It was extremely impressive. The two times that I required technical support with our old inverters, Joshua was quick to assist, on one occasion even calling me late at night to help me reboot the system (a surprisingly tricky operation on those previous inverters). I've recommended Trust Solar to all of my friends and family and at least two have already bought installations from them, both with similarly excellent results to mine. Highly recommended. Don't look anywhere else!
