We have dealt with 3 other Solar Companies ‍♂️ My wife and I can assure everyone that they do not come close to Telconnect Energy ⚡️ Communication is 100%, very professional, fast, and their work is neat. We would just like to say thank you to Aubrey for managing the project and the rest of the team for their expertise and hard work. My wife and I are very satisfied!!

It took 10 days from quote to installation, a superb system, very professionally installed in a day. A problem the next day (Saturday) was solved the following day (Sunday) by rewiring 6 of the PV panels. Since then all working perfectly. Price, reasonable! Communication & follow up, very good.

Dealing with Telconnect was a pleasure. A friendly team, knowledgeable, on time , well equipped and a ‘no nonsense attitude’ to ensure a superb installation. So happy with my Solar installation. From the start to the end I can oly say I have never been more happy having anything done for me. Professional well trained professionals, is a understatement. On 8 and 9 April 2025, Telconnect installed two 5KW solar batteries (a total of 10KW) with the solar system instead of the two 7.6 KW batteries (total of 15.2KW) that they had quoted me. When I found out, I raised the matter with Telconnect and ask that they uninstall the 5KW batteries and install the 7.6KW batteries as quoted. They requested a face-to-face meeting to resolve the issue and on Tuesday, 20 May 2025, I met with the team from Telconnect and I compromised and agreed to their proposal to install one more 5KW battery to make the total 15KW by the end of the same month of May, which I accepted. Today is 30 August 2025 and I am still waiting for the additional 5KW battery. This is just one on my list of discontentment issues with Telconnect.

We have been working with Telconnect on a series on 5kW installations. They are professional, kind and very reassuring. The two Kyles have been super communicators and have worked overtime to ensure we are looked after and get a good interest rate. They sort all financing contracts out without any hassle. Ridwaan and the installations team are quick and punctual and most importantly they are available for any tech questions or troubleshooting if a problem arises. We will be installing many more systems with them in the next few years. Thanks a million guys!
