The service was excellent; they make trouble to find solar panels for me because the solar panel that I wanted was out of stock. The lady always informed me what the stage of my order was. staff were great but the quality of goods supplied (Solar unit for farm gate) was atrocious, welding splatter over everythng, not fettled, poorly painted and no supplied hardware (nuts and bolts) the battery box is thin galvanized sheet and does not close at all. definately overpriced for what i paid ...
My PV panels that I ordered were ready for collection when I arrived there and they helped me with PV power cable at a good price even though I did not order it.
Exceptional and very professional service. I was in need of a product urgently due to power outage of our unit only in the area. The Operations & Finance manager made sure that i received the product in a timely manner. Kept me updated during the entire process until I received the product. Very happy with the service.
