SMA South Africa recommended SOVRN Energy after our original installation started giving issues and the original installer went AWOL. Most companies would hesitate to take on another companies work but SOVRN were quick to react, inspected our system, highlighted issues, proposed remedial work and upgrades and got our system working properly for the first time. I can not recommend SOVRN more highly, they are incredibly professional, detailed and thorough, and their communication and planning was exceptional from first contact through to completion of our project.

The SOVRN team were incredible! They spent a week at my home installing the system and you didn’t even know they were there. The system they installed is state of the art and I have had no major issues. The after service care is also the best I have experienced. If there is an issue Reinhart and team are available immediately! I would highly recommend SOVRN for quality equipment and quality service!!!

I can recommend SOVRN Energy without a single hesitation. I know nothing about solar and was pretty intimidated by it all - its a big investment! I felt totally safe in their hands from day one. They are very thorough and (unusually) communicative. They kept me up to date via a WhatsApp chat group and ensured I knew exactly what was being done and why...every step of the way. They work neatly and unobtrusively. An absolute pleasure to have them on site. Their quote was competitive and they took the time to walk me through each component so that I could understand the costs, the time it would take etc. Really exceptional service and competence. Absolutely amazing service - we were going on a trip and just left the keys to our house with SOVRN. We returned to not only find a great solar system installed and operating seamlessly, but several other niggling issues solved in our absence. And since then Reinhardt has gone above and beyond, checking on our system remotely and advising us on new ways of managing the system. We really feel we gained a friend!
