Wow! South Africans are just not accustomed to this level of service and support. I’m in Johannesburg and Emile assisted me with a faulty Deye inverter from Cape Town . I didn’t purchase the unit from Solar spot but that didn’t deter Emile from doing much much more than my installer and his supplier has. A shout out to Deye South Africa too for a no quibble exchange of my inverter. Exceptional service from Solar Spot and Deye SA.
