Going back on all the reviews it seems your problems started 2 years aggo. Mine worked fine and then the software updates started on the logger, throttling everything from Eskom charge incoming to the pv incoming Its been 2 days without as much as a beep from support (whatsup) This chat has been so repeatedly same queries for 2 years, so bad that my installer now refuses to do anymore Solar MD installations. Think nice before you spend R160k on installation with a shit support Anyone welcome to contact me or my installer to backup my review review

We installed our solar system during May 2023. Since then we had problems on a basis that is not acceptable. At this point our battery needs a new BMS and it is not available because it must still be manufactured! I do not have the knowledge to say what is wrong, only that we have a non working system.
