I asked Solar Dot Com to review my existing solar geyser setup and advise me on maintenance, servicing. We kicked it off with a solar geyser service, and I was very impressed. Brenton and team were very knowledgeable, and gave me excellent advice and made me feel included in the process. I know more about my solar setup now than I did, and my geyser is in good working order and more efficient than it was before. They've saved me money and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Solar Dot did an excellent job of installing evacuated tubes and geyser. They are quick to respond to any queries and followed up immediately with a couple of minor adjustments. Very happy with their work and can highly recommend them.

I had the guys come in and reconnect an evacuated tube system after I had roofing work done. They were friendly and punctual and got everything connected as asked. However, the geyser has been losing 15-20 degrees overnight and I followed up with them to try and get this issue resolved. Unfortunately their response was not great and essentially just told me the geyser needed to be replaced without even being on site to inspect what could be wrong. Now I have to get somebody else in to come in and find out what's gone wrong as it's costing me to run the geyser in the morning when I shouldn't have to.

Top notch, workmanship is on a level haven't had any problems whatsoever, they was very patient and friendly with me. I highly recommend them to install your solar geyser.
