Smart Energy delivered a professional service with the installation of the Solar System at our house. We installed the first system in 2021 and decided to upgrade the system in 2023 due to the good service we got. The personnel was always available to assist with questions and enquiries, very satisfactory service from the admin team and the technical team. Best investment we have made. I have been a client of Smart Energy since 2020 and had no major problems with the system they have installed at my home. All my queries were attended to and solved promptly by their friendly staff. During October 2024 I encountered problems with one of the inverters they have installed, and it was promptly replaced as well as a few upgrades to the wiring system was done. They really walked the extra mile to keep me a happy customer and I would like to commend them for this. I would recommend Smart Energy to anyone who might be interested in their products and services.

I am very happy with the performance of this company. My solar system was installed more than two years ago. I had some upgrades because I wanted more battery capacity than initially ordered. All went fine and professional. Even after the warranty expired I got technical or other help immediately. Great Job!
