Where do we start, as everyone is South Africa is aware that the current state of load shedding isn’t going anywhere any time soon, as a Telecommunication, Office Automation, and ICT Hardware provider we were forced a few years ago to open up our bouquet of products and services to the Renewable Energy industry. We were on a mission to find the right supplier of our good and services that we will introduce to our clientele, our company tends to go for a supplier from the first point of contact, if the service at the first company is excellent, we don’t look any further. We were assigned to Darren from Iseli Energy our Key Accounts Manager, who has been a superstar every single step of the way, words cannot describe how Happy we are with the service we have received, its all about service these days, price factors don’t even compare anymore. This man is exceptional in everything he does and the way he conducts himself shows that he comes out of a good home firstly and shows that he’s employers treat him with respect, communication is known to make any relationship work whether it be personal or professional. Darren has displayed characteristics that I feel should give him a spot at the seat of the high table. We are pleased and very happy as a company to know that Darren has our best interest at heart. Very poor services. Outpriced by almost all competitor's and generally just bad service. Technical services is a joke. Basically just box droppers of solar related equipment.

We installed 4 weeks ago a fantastic system at our place with a Deye 16kW inverter sold by Iseli and 32 panels with 2 batteries - the system is safe, reliable and very very cost effective - we only paid 60 rands of Eskom during that time - we run the pool pump every day for free and our washing machines - pure happiness - very good equipment - solid choice - no regrets

Unfortunately one of the owner of this company is a liar and not a trusted person. So be careful before you contract with that company… at your own risk !
