What an amazing company! The most beautiful souls are employed at Solar Supply. My husband and I have had terrible experiences with other solar companies and we have been overwhelmed by the impeccable service of the Solar Supply team. They respond quickly - even on weekends - when one has trouble with one's power system, and they arrange a team to address the problem as soon as they possibly can. They are professional in their work. They arrive on time and work efficiently. They clean up the area where they have been working so that it looks better than it did before they arrived. They explain exactly what the problem is, in layman's terms, so that one can actually understand what is being done to address one's concerns. They only charge for essential parts and labour. They are polite, neat and friendly. I was so surprised when a shelf fell down in my garage and one of the members of the Solar Supply team immediately jumped to my assistance and used his own resources to refix the shelf to the wall! We had a repeat of a previous problem with our system and Solar Supply did not charge us for any replacement parts - only for the labour and call-out - which was, quite frankly, my honour to pay. The patients the team has is amazing. It took me months to decide and figure things out. Through all of it the team was always willing to answer and questions and guide me to understanding the whole process better. Once everything was decided and ready to install it went quickly and without any issues. On the day I was asking questions as they went and they make sure you are happy with everything before starting. From the placement of everything to the layout. I take my hat off to them for doing such a clean install. The follow up support is just as good. Whenever I have a question they are still ready and willing to help and assist. From start to finish we have had no problems and only information that is understandable given to us. The team are super friendly and always willing to help. This includes the installation teams who are almost like ninjas getting everything installed and they keep you up to date with their progress throughout the installation period. Kyle and the guys at Solar supply are simply brilliant to deal with. They listened to our needs and came up with a solution that ticked all our boxes! They stuck to their delivery schedule and delivered on time. All the equipment supplied was world class and top quality right down to the stainless steel roof hooks for the solar panels. After being extremely disillusioned with ridiculous quotes, people not getting back to me, not listening, etc I was about to give up on getting an Inverter. Then I contacted Kyle at Solar Supply. What a fantastic and professional experience right from the very beginning. Kyle listened to what I thought I needed and discussed and advised. The quotes were prompt and very detailed.
