Came out within a few hours - emergency call assistance - after realizing that some solar panels was blown off during the night. Did emergency work to remove some panels, disconnect strings and DC Board, ensure strings are safe and no possible DC Arc's can occur to prevent any possible fires. After Insurance claim was approved - Extremely happy and confident with Karl, fixing pulled out panel wires, testing panels, refitting my solar panels (all of them - not only the ones that were blown off by the recent Cape Storm we had), testing outputs and the DC Board and also review my strings connections and Sunsynks 16Kw settings to see if any improvements/corrections can be done. Professional, neat, on-time, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and knows his stuff. Supplied extra testing's, Inverters settings reviews and also sealed a few roof tiles that was cracked, (which he picked up when redoing the other panels roof strut mountings), all not even asked for such and not billed even by him. Going the Extra Mile! Fantastic. And reasonable in his professional detailed quote. Approved for such work by OUTSurance.

I used Karl Daubenton to recommend and install a solar power system for my home. He listened to my requirements, recommended a system, then explained in detail why he had recommended the particular system to suit my needs, not everyone does that. Great care was taken throughout the installation and the result is an exceedingly neat installation all round. I left it a bit prior to writing this review as I wanted to see how the system settled into my day to day living and usage. I am pleased to report that so far it has exceeded expectations, but it is summer and the sun is shining, It will be interesting to see how well the system copes with winter. Thank you Karl

Karl cleaned up an existing installation of inverter and battery and added a second battery and solar panels for me, including the option of handling the CoCT processing. With a relatively organized board in place, the process was very smooth, great team on site, work was done well. Karl kept in touch throughout the process and delivered as promised.

Karl is a very knowledgeable person and does not use inferior products just to get a job which would only be good for a few years with hassles in-between. He is very conscious about his quality and work ethic and does not take short cuts. He is not the cheapest but remember you get what you paid for. I got a quality product with quality service so thought the price I paid was reasonable for what I got. Was very happy from start to finish and can honestly highly recommend his company. No pain and plenty gained.
