What a great experience on my solar system upgrade done by this company. Firstly customer experience was exceptional, Marcel is a great person & has the customer's needs at heart. I've never met him, only spoke via phone and text, and through it all he gave me a quote speedily and installation within a week, and affordable prices and beyond 5star service. Marcel also provide sound advise on how to save on electricity consumption, like he was advising a friend, there were no stupid questions, a great pleasure engaging with him. The installers came to my house, panels were installed and tidiness all the way, tested the system and everything working as expected - Vishnu a great electrician and offered great advise and service also - Looking forward to saving some money on electricity. Great prices and great service. I made 2 orders. First of 12 panels and roof mountings and another of another 6 panels and mountings after deciding to go a bit bigger. Both times they delivered quickly (3 hours after ordering the second time!) and professionally.
Hi, just a quick word. My dealings with Solartastic was a pleasure. I made contact with Marcel and the same day received a quotation from him. I was surprised at the quoted price. After asking him a few questions I placed the order with them. My next question was "when can you deliver". The reply was that the driver will deliver the next day! Now THAT is service!
