My Inverter stopped working and refused to turn on. I took it to Cooper Power (Jet Park) where I was impressed with Ian's knowledge and how quickly he diagnosed the problem, recharged the batteries and tested it for a few days under load. My Inverter is working great ever since. A big thank thank to Ian and team for the great service! Regards Shaun

Don't buy products from Cooper Power. They give excellent service when they want to sell you something but the after-sales service is terrible. We purchased an inverter and battery system with a 2 year warranty. 18 months in the batteries would die very quickly. Ian sent a technician out and we purchased and installed batteries at extra cost. The inverter still does not work claiming low battery. Ian claims the inverter is fine (it was still within warranty at the time, so it could have been easily fixed or replaced). If we charge it, it claims full battery after 5 mins of charging. If the batteries are new and the inverter is fine then why is it not working? Cooper Power can't answer. Don't do business with companies like Cooper Power who keep extracting money from the client without fixing their problem. They are not committed to helping their clients when the problems begin - only good at selling their products.

This mail just to thank everyone at Cooperpower for fixing my inverter under warranty and at no cost. I truly was not aware of the warranty being still active. Thanks again for your honesty regarding the warranty, and I am more than happy with this product, especially with The current loadshedding running. I will recommend you guys anytime!

Again I dealt with (Ian) and he was very helpful. My Inverter unit failed and was under warranty and was checked by them unfortunately one of them pesky Geckos had got in and it was beyond repair. I purchased a replacement and it was delivered within 48hrs including waiting on POP. This bearing in mind that I was in a different province. Once again excellent service and a pleasure to deal with Ian and the Company.

I have a UPS system purchased from Cooper Power. I recently had a warranty claim as the UPS only lasted for 40 minutes during load shedding. They tested and confirmed that 3 out of the 6 batteries were faulty. They agreed to replace 3 of the 6 batteries under warranty. Previously Cooper Power notified me, that if there was a fault with a battery, I should replace all of the batteries and not just the faulty battery. My expectation, in this case, is that they must replace all 6 batteries - not just 3 of the 6. They are prepared to give me a discount on replacing the other 3 batteries still covered by the warranty. In my opinion - that is not good enough. Why should they still make a profit to resolve an issue that should be covered under the warranty claim? In my opinion, the warranty was part of the purchase price when I bought the system.
