Services and support is good until they have to fullfill there warranty on equipment then it is the customers problem as they will send it for repair that take 3 to 5 weeks and you sit without the component. I will rather use alternative suppliers that supply replacement components till your component is repaired.

I recently purchased a Revov R100, and while the initial delivery was slower than expected, I had to arrange for the battery separately. I would like to express my gratitude to Thomas and the team at City Solar, who went above and beyond to ensure the battery was delivered promptly. Thomas's extra efforts to ensure it arrived on the same day, even after hours, were greatly appreciated. The team at City Solar is always professional, friendly, and dedicated to going the extra mile for their clients. I have consistently received excellent service, and it’s clear that every customer is treated with the same level of care and attention. Highly recommended!

I received exceptional service from Rynhadt and his team at City Solar yesterday. Due to the courier company failing to pickup my solar system from them, Rynhardt drove all the way from Jhb at night to deliver the equipment in Jan Kempdorp in the Northen Cape so that the installer can install today. These guys go above and beyond normal service delivery. What a great example to other service providers.

City Solar installed our solar system. They really exceeded our expectations from the advise we recieved from Thomas on what to install to Marius from PR Solar who did the installation.
