Had to pay R2300 just for them to come and quote. Had to then beg them to come out and start the quote process. Finally, the process of measuring my daily energy usage started had to remind them it's been over a week and they could remove the device. Finally, that happened, yet had to still ask for the quote after another week of WhatsApp messages and emails not being answered, I had to call them and ask for the quote. Finally, someone realised that the quote had slipped through their process, and they then started working on my quote. All in all, it took from 6 Feb - 9 March to get a quote and only R1000 credit off if I accepted the quote. Waste of time and money!
