Mark is extremely knowledgeable on solar systems and the equipment, and he is always ready to help at the drop of a hat! Excellent service at its finest! There have been a few occasions where I (a newly single mom with absolutely no knowledge on solar power and the equipment) have called Mark and not only has he immediately assisted me over the phone with sound knowledge but he has also dropped everything to pop in and see what exactly was going on with my solar system that was installed by another service provider that NEVER answers my desperate calls for help. I am so grateful and have peace of mind knowing that Mark and Diane are always there to help and are the absolute best in the business when it comes to solar!
