Same problems with them as everybody else: Did an installation halfway with inferior home-made brackets for the panels, scratched the clients roof sheets, now coming up with all sorts of extra charges. Then they have the audacity to give my company a one star rating on Google because we want proof of who instructed the extra work they are claiming for, while we have been in business for 35 years and are working in more than 40 countries globally for some of the most high profile people around the globe. We have not even done work for them that they can rate us on! What temerity!

My husband did a job for you in Valeria. When will he be paid. Almost 2months now? Your excuses are getting old. I will make your company name bad everywhere I go. You talk about a recon your waiting from Riana the client for a month now? Really? We also need to pay bills. And now we also know through experience that you guys have no idee what your doing and you will do anything via shortcuts and you will use anybody with know how without paying them. Shame on you!!!! 🙁

Horrible horrible service, sell you a retrofit system that does not work. Blames it on an employee that left the company. Followed up with at least ten e-mails and another 5 phone calls and get big promises of "tomorrow we send you a solution" which never happens. From Jason, Tarryn and Jacques, all big promises with no action. Think Cindy was the only one at one stage trying to assist. Please think twice before using this company. I see it as money down the drain and a very very steep learning curve.

I DO NOT recommend using this company. Unfortunately I have had to learn the hard way and have had another company come and correct (at huge expense) an inferior installation by GWH. They do not have the know how or expertise needed for the Solar Industry. They've got endless stories!!!
