Brilliant has been great at times. So for basic installation I would recommend. But for follow ups when our inverter broke and communication thereafter we have had problems. At one point the inverter was breaking every month and the charges Brilliant was applying were egregious, 2500 per time to fix his own work! Ultimately the relationship finally soured when his driver reversed into our security gate, which we saw on CCTV. When I came out and asked "did you just reverse into our gate?" Somewhat abruptly (which is my fault) Brilliant who had been witness to it denied all knowledge. "Look there is no mark on the gate!" Etc etc. Unfortunately a welding seem between the rack (which the gear drives) and the gate had sheared and needs repairing. We have agreed to take it out of their bill but only after I had to send him CCTV evidenc3. Poor values, not great at communication, pretty expensive and Ultimately too hard to work with. This is the end of an expensive and Ultimately disappointing relationship where we would like to have shown more loyalty, but we can't work with people who lie.

Brilliant definitely lives up to his name. He is understanding, patient and definitely knows what he is doing. Great service. We are very happy
