I have had solar for 4 years but it was installed by various agents who were not local. A few weeks ago my Lithium ion battery went dead and I needed someone local to help me out. I had heard good reports on Sensible Solar so contacted Warrick. His response was immediate and he sent Matt to inspect. He found the battery was faulty. They installed a loan battery the same day and my solar was up and running. Warrick arranged to have my faulty battery couriered to Cape Town for assessment. The CT company have not been much help to date so I decided to upgrade. Sensible Solar have completely upgraded my system. From day 1 their service has been exemplary. Friendly, professional staff, great communication and I highly recommend them to anyone. The installation is also very neat and tidy. (See attached pic).The Whatsapp group works so well as everyone is kept in the loop, and it is used for after sales as well for any trouble shooting or assistance.

When doing my initial research over many months on solar, Sensible Solar answered all my technical questions. Before installation they did a thorough review of my premises & needs. They briefed me on the installation procedure & sent me a detailed WhatsApp with time frames. Was very impressed on installation, as their staff were friendly & went out of their way to find the best & neatest installation solutions. Will go as far as saying, Sensible Solar have been the most professional company I have ever dealt with. Even their backup & WhatsApp query application has been superb with timely replies to any query. A friend of mine has had a similar experience with Sensible Solar. Will recommend them to anyone.

In 2022, Sensible Solar installed our panels and all the tech and hardware that went with it; of course, all first-rate and world class. However, this is a special shout-out for their incredible after-sales service. Whether late at night, or weekends or public holidays, they are always available with advice, remote diagnosis, and if necessary, send out a team to sort issues (very few and far between). Their patience, care and professionalism are second to none. A great company!

We had a great experience with Sensible Solar. From the very first site meeting, where it was obvious that our installation was not entirely straightforward, to the subsequent installation and follow-up visits it has been a great experience. We are what some would consider 'fussy'. All those that we dealt with at Sensible Solar understood this and we can happily report that there were absolutely no issues. We are considering undertaking another installation and we wouldn't consider using anyone else.
