Do your research. Look at the product. Its budget friendly and does the job. The people behind it offer a great service and stay in touch and are 100% legit. Only suggestion i have is to mark clearly what is out of stock on the website and how long it takes to get something on order. Other than that its still cheaper than if I imported it myself and the people behind the service are really professional.

Similar to other reviews here, purchased panels in 2019. All grommets have perished and system is useless. Contacted support who sent a installer who then said I would either need to pay for grommets and labour or install new panels all at my cost. Nevermind, the installer sent me a bill for his visit (which was never discussed or explained) I have the terms and conditions when I purchased and states grommets, risers will be replaced for free. Do yourself a favour and don't purchase from these guys. What good is a warranty if they change the terms and conditions half way through a warranty? Will be taking this further

Worst service ever. I installed their panels with the 12 year warranty. All the panels are damaged from the sun and there is only a pro-rata warranty for the risers and grommets only. "Will be cheaper for you to replace the panels". No intention to come to the party to assist. Not even 4 years in. Response to emails are horrendous.

Not sure where to begin, haha, so much to say. This is quite honestly the best investment I've made. It is worth every cent! After my first session, I felt so relaxed, focused and good energy... my skin glowing... which has lasted even while I'm away... and I cannot wait to get back home to my sauna !! I have set it up in my bedroom, very neat and not an eye sore. Looks good! I'm so happy I went with this option and not the cheaper ones I've seen on the market. Mel is amazing! She is prompt at answering any questions. I am extremely impressed with her service and so excited about this awesome sauna!

We bought a sauna and are very happy with it. The quality is excellent and the assembly was very simple. On top of it, the power consumption is very reasonable and it runs well with our solar panels and battery system. We would definitely recommend this product.

Hi, very happy with the service this far. I bought an infrared sauna, crossborders out of RSA. Candice had heaps of patience with my lengthy decision process, the export requirements and was very responsive. Keeping me informed of all steps and delays (as stock was slow to come in). Looking forward to setting it up now!

The 4 person Far Infrared sauna is a great product and I received great service too, would highly recommend them
