There was an issue a day later that was not even theirs but they made a plan to travel 130km to come see if they could help resolve after the install had taken place and after they were paid in full. What I loved about the experience is that the owner, Raoul actually helps you afterwards to get the best out of your system by teaching you how to monitor your power usage. I Had a backup battery system installed to see me through the load -shedding by another company. Did not last 3 weeks. I also suffer from sleep apnia and need to use a CPAP machine.
