I can not thank Gerald enough for his swift response to my panic state of trying to find the correct pvc unions for my heat pump. After calling and visiting all the shops I could possibly find I was directed to Gerald by a heat pump manufacturer who does not keep spares. Gerald was super helpful and assisted with a quick invoice for payment and waited for my uber parcel to arrive after closure. I can not recommend using Ultra Solar any more. Thank you for the helpfulness which is rare from a supplier these days.

I would like to share our amazing amazing experience, that Ultra Solar has provided for us, Yolandi and team were very professional, and installed our solar panels 3 years ago and then came back to assist to remove as we were water proofing, and even assisted in locating the leak and addressing it.
