Expertise, Customer Satisfaction and Long Term Relationships aren’t just words on their website it’s all TRUE! I purchased a new property and moved in last week. We found a lot of issues with the solar system and electrical work at the new house. While so many solar companies told me to call back in January, Electra Pro told me they will send a technician out on 23 December! This kind of service truly builds a long term relationship! They were able to sort out my issues with the solar system (which is now working properly and saving me money) and they pointed out all the other issues that they will come back and resolve in January. Their offices are closed but they still went out of their way to assist and help a brand new customer, that alone is enough to stand out above all the other solar companies not to mention their expert service and professionalism that is second to none. I’m really glad I contacted them, what a great company!
