Their solar installation solution is the best I've ever seen. Their work ethic comes second to none. The neatest job uou could ever see.The 10year after care service is no joke, the team is there for you whenever uou need any assistance or clarification. The best thing about their products is that its user friendly and can be monitored on the phone. They offer best advice for new clients who are not familiar with the systems and they focus on quality instead of money. I would recommend their products to anyone who wish to have a peace of mind like me. A big Heads_off to Brian and Pieter for constantly being there for us when we needed assistance.

I can recommend Bence Solar. They installed solar panels with an inverter and used our existing (3 years old) AGM batteries. A year later when the AGM’s failed they installed lithium batteries. Quotations were fast and prices competitive. COCs were issued for each installation. We had a problem downloading data from the inverter which they corrected.

Honestly the most helpful and best advise, I needed solar brackets, voltex didn't have nor surrounding places, voltex referred me to Bence Electrical, and they went over and above to meet my specifications, in the time frame I had. For all your solar needs and requirements I defiantly recommend Bence Electrical hands down. Big thanks from my team to yours. Bence Electrical to the rescue.

Bence Witrivier branch installer useless. Will never use them or recommend this company to anybody else. Wrote many reviews (and asked to delete them, kindly not solar not installed by Alberton branch). But now really tired playing games with BENCE SOLAR. My house was hit by lightning. Houses next door without solar had lights. Now my insurance refused because of the COC and only received Test Report. Keep on asking for COC a YELLOW paper with printed number which the apprentice maybe, Jurgens, from Witrivier is not giving since installation as of end of April. Also blocked me on his phone which is SUPER unefficient for client service. 0 / 0. I enquired and can have 2 COCs for different installations. Keeps on sending TEST REPORT which is not a COC. Then I received automatic update for SolarMan, for days the app on my phone cannot be fixed. I cannot use to check usage while at home. Alberton branch tried their best to get the app on phone right, but both of us didn't got it right. Are there other people experiencing the same problems with regards to the Yellow COC?

I had a problem with the settings on my inverter, the help and advice to correct the problem was super. The technicians are skillful and know what they are doing. The fact that they come back with answers and solutions promptly put them a cut above the rest. Thank you.
